LILY LI
CEO & Founder
Responsible for the vision, innovation and growth of Hancock Software. In 2004 Lily created the company's first software system that helped energy efficiency programs service low income households. Under her leadership, the company has emerged as the top cloud and mobile software provider for the Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program and has expanded its reach to utilities and commercial and industrial energy efficiency providers. Lily is fluent in three languages and earned a MS and BS in optics from one of China's most prestigious universities, Zhejiang University.
GREGORY KING
VP of Business Development
Gregory is in charge of Hancock's revenue streams and strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, Hancock has had a 100% renewal rate across its enterprise and SAAS clients. Gregory has more than 30 years of executive level experience in enterprise and SAAS businesses. Prior to Hancock, Gregory was CEO of Elcom International, a publically traded provider of electronic commerce solutions. Within the local community, he co-chairs the board for Operation Lipstick, which helps women from being used to buy and hold guns for others.  In his freetime, Gregory enjoys rebuilding cars and cycling around Cambridge.
DAN CHARTIER
VP of Product Engineering
Dan leads Hancock's engineering teams and is responsible for product development and customer support. He brings more than 20 years of experience developing products for enterprise class customers. At Hancock, he leads a development team of software and quality assurance engineers, testers and writers on multi-year projects and has supported those products for more than 5 years.  Prior to Hancock, Dan worked extensively in storage, SaaS and web delivered applications.  Over his career Dan has been responsible for six commercial products ranging from Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity to database-driven online web applications.  
STEVE HOLZINGER
VP of Information Technology
Steve is a customer-focused senior IT leader whose specialty is building and motivating high-performance teams.
Prior to joining Hancock this year, Steve was an IT executive and consultant in industries, including education, electronic media, financial services, physical security, retail and health insurance, as well as government. A specialist in big data engineering, he was responsible for designing and building a scalable database for Scholastic Education, which resulted in 10 times more scalability. The company was later acquired by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt during his tenure. Steve holds a BS in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering from MIT.
NICOLE REINEKE
VP of Product Management
Nicole has spent her career designing, implementing, and supporting software solutions that delight customers and push the boundaries of technology. She holds a patent on Fault Tolerant Open Source Cloud implementation and has been defining and supporting mission-critical IT SaaS applications for 20 years. Nicole has held Product Management and Engineering leadership positions at companies including Stratus, Unidesk (founding team, acquired by Citrix), and Connected (early team, acquired by HP). Nicole holds a BA from University of Massachusetts, MBA from Suffolk University, and is pursuing a Graduate Degree in User Interface Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.
DANIELLE AMASIA
VP of Product Marketing
Danielle is responsible for the Hancock Software brand, marketing strategy, execution and sales support. She has held pivotal roles in all sides of Hancock Software, including sales, customer support, enterprise client implementation, onboarding and training. She started her career by founding an english conversation school in western Japan. Besides an affinity for the Japanese language, she has travelled to almost 35 countries and continues to travel with her kids in tow.
CARLOS DANTAS
VP of Solutions Engineering
Carlos has been a chief engineer, system architect, CTO and consultant in industries ranging from virtual reality for education to the health care industry. Carlos works with customers and business development teams leading implmentation, pre-sales deliverables and product support of Hancock's integrated energy efficiency platform. He brings more than 25 years of experience developing solutions and managing the technical strategy for software companies
