LILY LI
CEO & Product Architect
Responsible for the vision, innovation and growth of Hancock Software. In 2004 Lily created the company's first software system that helped energy efficiency programs service low income households. Under her leadership, the company has emerged as the top cloud and mobile software provider for the Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program and has expanded its reach to utilities and commercial and industrial energy efficiency providers. Lily is fluent in three languages and earned a MS and BS in optics from one of China's most prestigious universities, Zhejiang University.
KEVIN CHARBONNEAU
VP of Sales
Kevin drives the sales and marketing efforts at Hancock Software. He brings more than 30 years of technology and SaaS sales leadership experience. Prior to Hancock, Kevin managed the Northeast Region Sales organization for Oracle's Customer Experience Cloud business. Over his career Kevin has been responsible for growing technology businesses serving a variety of industries including Utility, Financial Services, IT Portfolio Management, and Industrial Automation. Kevin graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and started his career on General Electric's Technical Marketing Program.
CARLOS DANTAS
VP of Solutions Engineering
Carlos has been a chief engineer, system architect, CTO and consultant in industries ranging from virtual reality for education to the healthcare industry. Carlos works with customers and business development teams leading implementation, pre-sales deliverables and product support. He brings more than 25 years of experience developing solutions and managing the technical strategy for software companies.
DANIELLE AMASIA
VP of Product Marketing
Danielle is responsible for the Hancock Software brand, marketing strategy, execution and leads Hancock's well-loved customer support team. Danielle is a BPI Continuing Education instructor, and has more than 15 years of experience in the energy efficiency field. She has held pivotal roles in all sides of Hancock Software, including sales, customer support, enterprise client implementation, onboarding and training.
ART WILLCOX
Building Scientist
Art Willcox is Hancock Software's resident building scientist. He has been at the forefront of the modern-day energy conservation movement. For more than 30 years he has worked to advocate for, design, implement/manage, and evaluate energy efficiency and resource conservation programs. Such programs include water conservation, and energy efficiency programs for residential, new construction and multi-family applications. Art holds a PhD from Boston University in Comparative Public Policy & Policy Evaluation
KIRK VAN ROEKEL
Director of IT
Kirk has more than 20 years of experience as a Database Administrator with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server databases. Prior to joining Hancock Software, Kirk was an application developer at Dell Computer where he wrote software for the Small and Medium Business sales department. Kirk is responsible for new customer onboarding and application management at Hancock Software to ensure that Hancock Software exceeds its service level agreements and that customer systems are operating at their peak performance.
