State officials are being urged to monitor their weatherization programs closely.  With the help of Hancock, states can do just that.

• States manage all jobs available to be monitored.

• Ability to fail a measure or job that does not meet state standards

• Agencies directly access the online system to see the state inspector's results, no calling or emailing.

• Agencies issue a call back work order to fix a measure.

• States inspect corrected jobs.

• Reports the percentage of weatherized units that are being state monitored. 

• No outside communication needed, communicate directly in WAP Online

The state inspection feature is only a small part of the HES-Wap weatherization management tool. It is Hancock's hope that the monitoring module can contribute in retaining the high standards of weatherization work. Part of the HES WAP Online suite, the monitoring module helps states communicate inspection findings and enables agencies to respond quickly.
