Use Invoicing to Manage Energy Programs

As a software vendor who works with multiple states and CAP agencies, we continually learn from our customers. Program managers began to see the benefits they get from having multiple states focused on improving the software.  Maryland has worked closely with us to enhance our invoicing and payment functions in WAP online.

Invoicing Function:

  • States customize the definition of when a job is ready to be invoiced.

  • Agencies can combine multiple costs and jobs onto one invoice.

  • States track which invoiced jobs are being state monitored.

  • Agencies and states are notified if Davis Bacon wage 347 forms were filed for jobs on an invoice.

  • States track payments to agencies.
